Did I go to school for this?
No, I was too cool for painting skool. Despite not having any "formal" training, I love YouTube, books, asking my artist friends for help, and practicing my art so I can get better with each painting.
Did I always want to be an artist?
No and I don't like this question. Being creative should be able to exist as an activity you engage in without having to make it into something with a monetary pay off.
Does my art mean anything?
I don't know how to answer this. Does brushing your teeth mean something or is it just something you do and hope that it has a lasting impact for the better?
