When you order from Rachel’s Shoppe you are purchasing a piece(s) of original art or a fine art print. All paintings are original and hand signed. When you purchase a painting, you are not purchasing the copyright and have no claim to it. Reproducing or distributing the artwork for any purpose is prohibited.
When we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Each order is shipped within 5-7 business days. This is to allow time for varnishing and drying before shipping. Artwork purchased from Rachel’s Shoppe is for personal use only and cannot be used for marketing or promotional use except by the artist. All sales are final and non refundable. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred whilst shipping. If this happens, please contact Rachel's Shoppe within 3 days of receiving your artwork at: email@example.com
Payment and Pricing:
Payments for orders made at our Online Store are accepted via Paypal and by major Debit and Credit cards. Prices are displayed in USD. For customers whose method of payment is in a currency other than USD, then orders will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Rachel’s Shoppe uses standard shipping based by weight within the United States. We do ship Internationally, so if you are not in the USA please choose the International Flat Rate for Paintings at checkout and Rachel's Shoppe will invoice you with an estimate for shipping cost once we confirm your address. The painting will ship stretched in most cases and postage cost varies depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable.
Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details on duties, taxes and fees according to your countries regulations.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Any postage paid on orders returned to us due to errors in your shipping address will be invoiced to you before the order can be shipped again.
While postal delays are rare, please take into account that there are busier times of year, such as Christmas, where your order may take longer than expected. Please check your tracking number to follow where the package is. For any shipping questions, please contact Rachel’s Shoppe directly.
